A free “mega clinic” will pop up in Asheville, North Carolina, in June to help those in the community who were impacted by Hurricane Helene.
The event will be held at the Harrah’s Cherokee Center at 87 Haywood Street from June 4 to 6 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m..
The health clinic will offer millions of dollars worth of medical, dental, vision and surgical care to community patients at no charge.
Officials said the event is first-come, first-served no questions asked.
Services to be offered will include the following:
- Dental fillings, extractions, cleanings, root canals
- Eye exams and free glasses
- Full medical examinations,
- Laboratory services
- X-rays
- Gastroenterology
- Barber/Salon Services
- Women’s health
- Minor surgical procedures
- Counseling and Mental Health
- Chaplaincy and Spiritual Health
- Legal Services
- Massage Therapy
