A Statement Regarding HCCA and COVID-19

Box Office Hours:

As of Wednesday, March 2020, the venue’s box office will remain closed until further notice. For tickets purchased in person at the venue box office, CLICK HERE to make a refund request. *This does not apply to tickets purchased online or via a third-party ticket agent.

Rescheduled Events:

All tickets for the previously scheduled show will remain valid for the future date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may obtain a refund at the point of purchase. 

  • IMPORTANT: As the current developments regarding COVID-19 are affecting events nationally and internationally, Ticketmaster may be experience high call/email volumes in the coming days and weeks.
  • If purchased at the venue box office, please Submit a Refund Request.
  • If purchased from the Asheville Symphony box office, please contact at 828-254-7046 or via Email
  • If purchased online from Ticketmaster.com, we suggest customers use the self-service refund button in the Ticketmaster My Account or the Ticketmaster App.
