The Harrah’s Cherokee Center – Asheville offers limited Wheelchair Accessible and Companion, and Semi-Ambulatory seating. Accessible seating can be purchased from designated locations online at Ticketmaster.com. Please contact the HCCA Box Office at 828-259-5736 with questions. Please view accessible seating locations on the HCCA seating charts.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no elevator access for the balcony level of the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium. Patrons needing Wheelchair or Semi-Ambulatory seating, or those who are unable to take stairs, should purchase tickets for the Orchestra level of the Auditorium.
ASHEVILLE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
All Masterworks performances of the Asheville Symphony season are held in the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium. Information about the Asheville Symphony can be found on the ASO website, ashevillesymphony.org.
Season tickets and tickets for individual Symphony performances may be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com. Please contact the Asheville Symphony Orchestra Box Office at 828-254-7046 with questions.
CHILD TICKETS
The minimum age for paid admission varies by event and is determined by the event promoter. For some events, there may be reduced or free admission for children under a certain age. Please contact the HCCA Box Office at 828-259-5736 for more information about a specific event.
There is no minimum age for admission to HCCA events, however parents should consider the appropriateness of the event for younger children and be prepared to take responsibility for their child’s behavior.

Tickets for events held at the Harrah’s Cherokee Center Asheville can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com. Ticketmaster is the official ticketing partner of the Harrah’s Cherokee Center – Asheville, and the only approved ticketing service for this facility and its events.

TICKET RESELLER WEBSITES
Ticketmaster is the only approved ticketing service for events at the Harrah’s Cherokee Center Asheville and its facilities.
Tickets purchased from alternative sources may be any or all of the following:
- Not authentic
- Over-priced
- Invalid (cannot be used to enter the event)
The Harrah’s Cherokee Center Asheville is not responsible for tickets purchased from third party vendors. Please purchase your tickets from approved sources only.
WILL CALL PICK-UP
Tickets may be picked up at the HCCA Box Office Will Call window two hours prior to the event start time. You must have your order number, the credit card used to make the purchase, and a valid photo ID.
If someone other than the person who ordered and paid for the tickets is picking up the Will Call order, that person’s name must be on the account. To add an alternate’s name to the account, the original purchaser must contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at 1-800-653-8000.

The HCCA Box Office accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Phone Orders at this time.

Counterfeit & Secondary Market Tickets
Please note that the only authorized sales agents for Harrah’s Cherokee Center – Asheville is the HCCA Box Office, Ticketmaster.com, and Venue-Participating Artists/Events.
The only authorized ticket resale services for HCCA is Ticketmaster.com.
Tickets purchased from any other sources may not be valid. Harrah’s Cherokee Center – Asheville is not responsible for tickets purchased through non-official third-party platforms and is not able to honor, replace, or refund invalid tickets.
Reporting Counterfeit Tickets
Invalid tickets/barcodes will be confiscated by the HCCA Box Office after an invalid scan. A copy of the ticket will be provided at the customer’s request. A copy of the invalid ticket may be used to alert the point of purchase.
Guests with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase new tickets at the box office, but seat inventory, location, and price are based upon availability.
Guests are strongly encouraged to report counterfeit ticket sales to the location of the ticket purchase and to consumer protection agencies.
