A.   Approval of the minutes of the formal meeting held on May 25, 2021.   Documents

B.   Resolution adopting the Buncombe-Madison Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan.   Documents

C.1. Resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply for, and accept if awarded, funds from the Executive Office of
the President, Office of National Drug Control Policy, for a 2021 Grant.    Documents

2. Budget amendment in the City’s Special Revenue Fund, in the amount of $275,416, for a 2021 Grant.

D.   Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with AECOM to update the Sustainability
Management Plan into a Municipal Climate Action Plan.   Documents

E.   Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a new services contract with FusionSite Asheville, LLC,
(d/b/a Griffin Waste Services) for rental and maintenance of portable toilets and handwashing stations for
public use; and the associated budget amendment, in the amount of $90,000.   Documents

F.   Resolutions granting permission for the possession and consumption of malt beverages and/or unfortified wine
at the following events:   Documents

1.   Hola Asheville Celebration on June 19
2.   Brews & Bears on July 9 and August 19
3.   Downtown After 5 on July 16, August 20 and September 17

G.   Resolution updating the 2021-22 Annual Action Plan for Community Development Block Grants and the
HOME Investment Partnerships Program to the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development
and to sign all documents necessary to implement the plan.   Documents

H.   Resolution of intent to close a portion of right-of-way at 155 Thompson Street and set a public hearing for July
27, 2021.    Documents

I.   Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a five-year contract with Flashparking, Inc. (d/b/a Kever Logic Inc.) which allows new parking garage equipment to be installed and supported on a long term basis.     Documents

J.   Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements with the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development and accept grant funding awarded to the City of Asheville in 2020 for Continuum of Care Planning activities and Homeless Management Information System operations.   Documents

K.   Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a change order with CDM Smith for the construction oversight services associated with the Mills River Water Treatment Plant Ozone Building Rehabilitation Project.     Documents

L.   Resolution approving additional donations of unused and unclaimed settlement funds to the Asheville City Schools Foundation and CoThinkk in equal amounts.    Documents

M.   Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an easement allowing the wall foundation along Beaumont Street and to accept deeds from Fifty-Five South Market, LLC.    Documents

N.   Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Buncombe County for fire protection and rescue services.    Documents

O.   Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the State of North Carolina and other local governments on proceeds relating to the settlement of opioid litigation.  Documents
