Important Information Regarding Christmas Jam’s Saturday Webcast

If you have 2-day passes or Saturday single day tickets but are unable to join us for the Saturday event, we are happy to announce that Saturday’s Christmas Jam webcast will be provided to you free of charge.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR FREE WEBCAST (VIA APP)

  1. On the Ticketmaster app, click “Ticket Details” to reveal the BARCODE NUMBER. Ignore the lowercase letter at the end.
  2. Go to nugs.net/codes and Login or Register.
  3. Enter the numbers from your BARCODE NUMBER and click REDEEM CODE.
  4. The webcast will be added to your cart for 0.00, click CHECK OUT.
  5. Click PLACE ORDER.
  6. Click WATCH NOW and enjoy the show. If you are pre-ordering, go to MY STASH at show time to find the WATCH NOW link.

 

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR FREE WEBCAST (VIA PRINT AT HOME TICKETS)

  1. On Ticketmaster.com, click “My Tickets” to view your PDF version of your tickets and find the BARCODE NUMBER (as referenced in the screenshot below).
  2. Go to nugs.net/codes and Login or Register.
  3. Enter the numbers from your BARCODE NUMBER and click REDEEM CODE.
  4. The webcast will be added to your cart for 0.00, click CHECK OUT.
  5. Click PLACE ORDER.
  6. Click WATCH NOW and enjoy the show. If you are pre-ordering, go to MY STASH at show time to find the WATCH NOW link.
